Sanno SPC

SANNO was the name of a program ran by to the SANNO Institute of Business Administration. It's aim was to computerize the japanese schools, and the label SPC stands for SANNO Primary Computer. This computer is compatible with the Sord M5 series of computers and the hardware seems to be exactly like the Sord M5 Jr. See Sord M5.
